Shipping Costs

UK Standard Tracked Delivery — £4.25

All UK orders are sent using a Royal Mail tracked service. This is the delivery method available at checkout.

Dispatch Times

Orders are normally dispatched within 3 business days from the date of order, with the exception of pre-order products. Pre-order items will be shipped no sooner than one calendar day before the manufacturer’s release date, to allow them to reach you on release date. Under no circumstances will we ship pre-order items sooner than this.

Liability for Lost, Delayed or Misrouted Orders

Where an order is delayed beyond Royal Mail’s set standards, TKP Trading Limited will refund the full shipping cost in accordance with our Refund Policy.

Where an order is lost or misrouted, TKP Trading Limited will undertake an investigation with Royal Mail. An item is deemed lost if Royal Mail has not delivered it to the address given by the end of the tenth working day after its due date of delivery, unless there is evidence to the contrary. Where an order is shown to be lost, TKP Trading Limited will refund the full value of the order or arrange a replacement (if stock is available). With your prior agreement we may send replacement stock to the same value where the original item is no longer available.
